Terms of Use

Welcome to LFG Travel, Inc., dba (Fill in the Blank) Trip  (“LFG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  1. Eligibility

     

    You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
     

  2. Services Overview

    LFG provides travel-related services through a hybrid business model. We may:

    • ​Facilitate travel bookings directly with suppliers on your behalf.

    • Offer access to third-party booking platforms and travel providers (including but not limited to Viator and future integrated partners).

    • Provide trip planning, advisory, and concierge services.

    • Collect payments directly or coordinate payments through third-party partners or suppliers.

    • You understand and agree that while we may assist with the booking process, actual travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, operators, and vendors (“Suppliers”).

  3. Third-Party Suppliers

     

    When you book travel services through our platform or via intake, you are entering into a separate agreement with the Supplier providing those services. Suppliers are solely responsible for delivering the services you purchase, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, tours, activities, and related services.
    LFG is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, warranties, representations, or negligence of any Supplier. Any issues, cancellations, delays, or disputes regarding services provided by Suppliers must be resolved directly with the Supplier.

  4. Payments and Invoicing

     

    Depending on the service and booking channel, payment may be collected in one of the following ways:
     

    • Direct payment to the Supplier via third-party booking platform integrations.
       

    • Payment collected by LFG through invoicing (e.g., QuickBooks) and remitted to Suppliers.
       

    • Credit card information collected securely via phone or online form for booking processing with the Supplier.
       

    • All payments are subject to the Supplier’s payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies. LFG is not responsible for the processing of payments by Suppliers or financial institutions.

  5. User Responsibilities

     

    By using our Services, you agree to:

    • ​Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

    • Review and comply with each Supplier’s terms, conditions, and policies.

    • Ensure that all travelers in your party meet the eligibility and documentation requirements for travel.

    • Make payments in accordance with applicable payment schedules.

  6. Changes and Cancellations

     

    All changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies of the Supplier providing the booked services. You are responsible for reviewing these policies before completing any booking.
     

    • LFG may assist you in communicating with Suppliers but is not responsible for enforcing Supplier policies or providing refunds on their behalf.

  7. Limitation of Liability

     

    LFG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
     

    • Supplier errors, omissions, or service failures.

    • Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

    • Any personal injury, illness, property damage, or financial loss incurred during travel.

    • Your failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or Supplier policies.​

    • In no event shall LFG’s total liability exceed the amounts paid directly to LFG for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

  8. Indemnification

     

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LFG, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
     

  9. Intellectual Property

     

    All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with LFG and its Services remain the property of LFG or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
     

  10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

     

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
     

  11. Modifications

     

    We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or app with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
